Re: Donations towards Sarasota Sailor Soccer Building

With great pleasure in recognizing the hard work and generosity of many parents, players, and Sarasota Sailor Soccer Club supporters, we have been approved to build a 30 x 28 Soccer building at the Gene Pillot soccer fields. While we have funds to complete the building, your help in reducing the total cost will provide for operating expenses for the start of 2010 Fall season and to invest in poles and netting behind the goals. We have compiled the attached list of materials and services needed to reduce the total cost of the project. As we are a non-profit 501-C-3 organization, your donations may reduce your 2010 tax liability and be a big help to this youth sports program.

To meet building code and ensure reasonable quality of the completed building, materials donated need to be new and of equivalent quality to materials listed. Services donated will need to be coordinated with the General Contractor, require professional workmanship, certificate of insurance, and must be executed in the correct project timeframe.

Materials and services needed for Soccer Building

• 8 inch concrete block

• Trailer removal: Remove all utility connections, stairways and skirting

• Roof insulation: R-19 GREEN Natural Fiber, 85% recycled, non-toxic

• Shingles: GAF Timberline dimensional shingles, 30oz asphalt felt or peel and stick over 5/8 plywood sheeting

• Plumbing: Kohler K-3427-0 ADA water closet. Kohler K-1997-0 wall mount lavatories and hand sinks. Moen L46001 Chrome lavatory faucets

• Backflow Preventer

• Air conditioning Unit 3.5 ton, 13 SEER Carrier Heat Pump System

• Digital Thermostats

• Overhead door roll up: Commercial overhead door 130 mph impact rated model #822 from D&D Garage Doors

• Sliding Glass Window : Non-impact window

• Paint and Sealer:

1. Interior & exterior concrete block. Prime one coat of high build primer and finish one coat of water base epoxy
2. Exterior doors: Prime one coat of metal primer: Finish one coat of water base epoxy
3. Interior doors: Prime one coat of wood primer, Finish one coat of water base epoxy
4. Interior ceiling: Prime one coat of latex primer, finish one coat of latex flat
5. Interior concrete floor: Etch concrete, Finish two coasts clear sealer
